This
teaching is not meant to overthrow teachings ethical and ancient. That is to
say that it is not meant to endorse unethical behavior. Instead it is making
the point that those teachings were given to or species by our parental mind
at an earlier stage, our infancy and childhood, in our development and
maturity but they are meant to be appropriate for particular times, places
and levels of spiritual maturity but they do not contain the truth of
origin, the knowledge and understanding of the true origin of the mind.
They are not wrong then, they are just off topic and not appropriate for the work (service) of revealing the true origin of the mind. That is because the teachings that are ethical and ancient are made up of ideas and concepts and the truth of origin is not an idea but the source of all ideas. To reveal the true origin of the mind it is then necessary to at least temporarily turn off, settle, or sweep away all of the ideas that have accumulated on it to "see" or be what remains. Do that now and see for yourself through your own mind.
